BLACKHOLE in My Grass Farm
The late-August Cash string, the blog split, and what to do after Settings answers.
BLACKHOLE is a My Grass Farm code, not a map hazard and not a confirmed new worker. It showed up in public Roblox roundups in the same 24–25 August 2026 window as a second wave of merchant attention. Some sites added it as live Cash. Some never listed it. One later recap called the reward “stat boosts.” This page files that disagreement so codes and patch notes do not pretend the internet agreed.
Official channels remain the Roblox experience and the official Discord. There is no public Trello. A YouTube title that says SECRET UPDATE is a clue to open Settings, not a patch manifesto.
What the lists actually said
On 24 August 2026 Beebom added BLACKHOLE as Cash Rewards next to MERCHANT, and moved RELEASE to expired. The same day TechWiser still printed RELEASE (600 Cash, 4 Pirate Farmers) plus MERCHANT, with an empty expired list. bo3 and gamer.org listed BLACKHOLE plus MERCHANT without RELEASE. GameRant and Destructoid, dated around 22 August, still showed RELEASE plus MERCHANT and no BLACKHOLE. Roonby on 24 August matched that two-code table. Nerdschalk’s page, checked 28 August 2026, listed all three: MERCHANT, BLACKHOLE, and RELEASE.
That is not one table. It is four habits of copying. This wiki’s rule is unchanged: try MERCHANT, RELEASE, and BLACKHOLE once each after the tutorial, using how to redeem. If BLACKHOLE fails, park it on expired codes. If it pays, spend like any early Cash.
Cash versus “stat boosts”
Most English roundups that include BLACKHOLE say Cash. A minority page used “stat boosts” without naming Cut Speed, Silo Rate, or a luck rank. We will not invent a hidden Mutation Luck gift. If Settings grants Cash, buy Cut Speed and conversion—Silo Rate and the upgrade planner. If Settings grants something you can see on the plot (a worker, a Grass Type), file it against the worker roster or grass type tiers. If nothing happens, stop pasting.
Do not delay MERCHANT because you are waiting to “understand BLACKHOLE.” MERCHANT is the consensus Grass Type string. Grass Type changes every later swing. BLACKHOLE is a maybe.
How this fits merchant week
Merchant-themed coverage is why MERCHANT exists as a name. Read Merchant update for Gold-style turf and shop mood. BLACKHOLE arriving beside that coverage does not prove a black-hole Grass Type, a new map, or a silo rework. It proves code blogs were hungry the same week. Live mechanical changes still need Discord or an in-game shop you can screenshot.
The universe was still receiving Roblox edits in late August 2026. An API timestamp is not a BLACKHOLE patch note. Do not rerank tier lists because a code thumbnail dropped.
Play order after you try it
- Tutorial done. Gear open. Three pastes. Details on codes not working if the box misbehaves.
- Keep Pirate Farmers if RELEASE worked—Pirate Farmers.
- Put any MERCHANT turf under workers.
- Collect stands so the Cash is real—collect stands.
- Play Getting Started or make money fast. Do not refresh blogs for a fourth string.
Scripts will not make BLACKHOLE “more true.” They can still ban you—script safety.

A confirmed reward amount, if One More Grass or consistent in-game reports ever give one. A move to the expired list, if new accounts start failing BLACKHOLE the way Beebom already failed RELEASE. A correction if Discord names a real stat. Until then this update page stays a calendar entry plus honesty.
