Dead strings, disputed Cash codes, and how we decide a code has left Settings.
Expired codes waste more time than an empty list. This page exists so you can compare a YouTube thumbnail against what Settings actually accepts. Live gifts stay on the codes hub. The redeem path itself is documented in how to redeem codes.
My Grass Farm is young. It reached Roblox on 23 July 2026, and the first public code roundups appeared in August. That means the expired pile is still short. We would rather keep a honest short list than invent a graveyard of fake strings.
Disputed strings, not a fake graveyard
Live tries stay on the codes hub. This page is for strings Settings already rejected on a fresh account, and for the 24 August 2026 disagreement so you do not treat three blogs as one table.
- BLACKHOLE — Beebom, bo3, and gamer.org listed it as a working Cash code on 24–25 August 2026. GameRant, TechWiser, and Destructoid omitted it or never added it. Try it once from the hub. If Settings rejects BLACKHOLE, it is dead for your account and belongs here. If it grants Cash, spend it like any other early Cash: Cut Speed, not Rolls.
- RELEASE — TechWiser, GameRant, and Destructoid still listed 600 Cash and 4 Pirate Farmers that week. Beebom moved RELEASE to expired on 24 August 2026. Do not assume Beebom is wrong or right until your Settings box answers. A rejected RELEASE is expired for you even if another site still prints it in green.
We do not keep a working MERCHANT on this page. MERCHANT was still consensus-live across those roundups. If MERCHANT starts failing for new accounts, it will move here the same day we can verify it.
How we decide a code is expired
A code is expired when Settings returns a failure after a correct paste, on an account that has not redeemed it, after the tutorial. One failed attempt on a laggy server is not enough; rejoin once. If Discord announcements say a code is retired, that overrides a stale blog list.
We do not mark a code expired just because a creator skipped it. Creators also mix My Grass Farm with other lawn games. If a string belongs to a different experience, it never belonged on this wiki.
Why lists disagree
Roblox code pages are copied quickly. One site adds BLACKHOLE. Another site copies RELEASE and MERCHANT from GameRant or TechWiser and never tests BLACKHOLE. A third site expires everything after a patch thumbnail. Your source of truth is the in-game box, then the official Discord. There is no Trello board to settle arguments.

What to do instead of spamming dead codes
Farm. Cut Speed, a real Farmer, and land still print Cash when codes go quiet. Follow make money fast and the upgrade planner. If you already have Pirate Farmers from RELEASE, put them to work with the offline farm checklist rather than hunting a third string that does not exist.
Scripts will not revive an expired code. They can still cost an account. See the scripts hub only if you understand that risk.
Reporting a newly dead code
When RELEASE or MERCHANT starts failing for new accounts, we will move them here. Until then, try the three strings on the codes hub, redeem immediately, and keep this page for whatever Settings already killed on your plot.

What to farm while a code is dead
A dead string is not a stalled farm. Cut Speed still ranks. Pirate Farmers you already own still swing. MERCHANT grass you already unlocked still sits on the plot. Open make money fast and keep the loop moving instead of refreshing YouTube for a replacement code that may not exist yet. When One More Grass does ship a new token, it will show up in Discord and then on the codes hub. Until that ping, your best “code” is a worker who already has grass in reach.
If you enjoy logging failures, note the date Settings rejected BLACKHOLE on your account. That personal note is more accurate than a copied table. Share it in Discord if you want, then close the app and let the plot work. Expired lists are hygiene. Hay is the game.
