Workers Hub

Workers are the people-shaped upgrades of My Grass Farm. The Roblox description tells you to hire them so the farm keeps cutting while you are gone. This hub is the roster index. Ranks live on the worker tier list. How to buy them lives on how to hire workers. Checklists live on the offline farm page.

The names you will see in shops and community tools are Farmer, Pirate, Lumberjack, Cowboy, Chef, Explorer, Scientist, Businessman, Robot, Laugher, Stephen, DarkLord, Force, and Tentoes. We split them into starter workers, Pirate Farmers when RELEASE pays, and special workers so a new account is not staring at DarkLord like it is a tutorial NPC.

Why a roster page exists

Guides tell you the loop. A roster tells you who is in the loop. If you only remember the Pirate Farmers from RELEASE, you already understand the design: One More Grass wants you to feel a crew quickly. The rest of the board is optional identity. Spend Cash in the order on the upgrade planner first.

Leaderboard clips exist because someone let workers run. The embedded session on this page is a reminder that placement is a grind of time-on-plot, not a single lucky rainbow. If you want that grind to be honest, pair this hub with make money fast.

Starters versus specialists

Starters are the hires that make hay appear when you close the app. Specialists are the hires you buy because the name, the look, or a late-game hunch. Both can cut grass. Only starters are required. Read both child pages before you complete the collection.

Codes still matter. Four Pirates from RELEASE are roster members. MERCHANT does not add a worker; it adds a Grass Type those workers should cut. See codes and rare grass.

Servers and other players

Servers hold six Roblox players. That is online presence, not a raid. Your workers belong to your farm. Do not wait for a friend to hire your Chef. If you enjoy sharing clips, Discord is linked from the links hub.

Automation note

Auto Buy Workers will purchase names in whatever order a toggle list allows. If you use that, turn off specialists until starters are done. Auto farm and script safety explain the risk. This hub assumes you click.

How to read the child pages

Starter page: Farmer, Pirate, and the first outdoor roles. Special page: the weird names. Come back here when you forget which article you wanted. After a patch, Updates may add a role; we will file it in one of the two buckets.

If your roster is empty, stop reading and redeem codes, then buy Cut Speed. Workers on a frozen blade is a parade. Workers on a moving blade is a farm.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common farm questions.

How many worker types are in My Grass Farm?

Community lists show fourteen named roles including Farmer and Pirate. See starter workers, Pirate Farmers, and special workers.

Do other players steal my workers?

No. Six-player servers share the experience, not your crew. Your hires stay on your plot.

Should I fill the whole roster?

Not at first. Follow hire workers and the worker tier list.

How do workers affect the leaderboard?

They add offline cutting time. Leaderboard sessions are long farms, not a single hire. Pair with make money fast.
